Welcome to Tides’n’Turtles, your coastal home away from home! This waterfront retreat was designed for slowing down, soaking up sunshine, and enjoying the incredible natural surroundings. You will see manatees, dolphins, pelicans, turtles, and schools of fish - a daily reminder that you are somewhere special.
You are just .5 mile from sandy beaches, with easy access to local parks, basketball & tennis courts, and water activities. Everyone is sure to enjoy Tides'n'Turtles!
Beach
Tides'n'Turtles is a short .5 mile walk to the beach! Access the main AMI beach from 65th & Gulf Dr or enjoy the quieter side at Bayfront Park.
fishing
Tides'n'Turtles is canal front with a dock to make fishing a breeze! Some of the fish you might catch include Snook, Redfish, Mangrove Snapper, Spotted Seatrout, Sheepshead, Black Drum, and Flounder. Tides'n'Turtles does not provide fishing rods but they can be rented locally at Bridge Street Bait Shop.
Wildlife
At both Tides'n'Turtles and Anna Maria Island, sea life is everywhere! Watch for jumping fish, live starfish, manatees, dolphins, pelicans, parakeets and many other beautiful creatures that call this magical place home. The sunrise and sunset at Tides'n'Turtles can also be spectacular!
Beach accessories
Beach accessories can be found in the deck box by the outdoor dining table. Guests will find 4 beach chairs, beach toys, a small cooler and a beach wagon. Beach towels are also included for every stay.
BOAT RAMP
There is a boat ramp 0.1 miles from Tides'n'Turtles. The 63rd street boatramp is located at 6398 Marina Way, Holmes Beach, FL 34217.
Skate park, tennis courts, basketball, Baseball
Tennis, Pickle Ball and Basketball courts are at the east end of our streets as are Dog Parks and Baseball Fields. There is also a “Park” located between 62nd and 63rd St. This can be accessed via various entrances along both 62nd and 63rd St. The skate park is also walking distance from Tides'n'Turtles.
